MyDailyMorsel's Salmon with White Beans and Kale, but instead of salmon I made TheKitchn's Perfect Chicken Breasts with a 30 minute lemon-vinegar-olive oil brine. Also, I swapped red chard for the kale, because there is such a thing as too much kale.
