'Just an iteration on an old favorite, Simply Recipe's one Bowl Banana Bread, with a handful of cacao nibs thrown in as I'm wont to do.
The cacao nibs add a slight chocolate-y flavor without any real sweetness, and a lovely bit of crunch to the texture.

I love the idea of adding cacao nibs to banana bread! I've never tried that but chocolate and banana is a great flavor combination. I'll have to remember this next time I bust out my banana bread pan.
